As a Mannington Associate I am expected to conduct myself in a manner which supports the company’s values and philosophy, while performing in the best interest of my fellow associates. Program Overview
Our internship program is designed to provide meaningful, hands-on experience through real-world projects and collaboration with subject matter experts. Each intern is assigned a project that encourages innovation, critical thinking, and practical problem-solving. Midway through the internship, interns present project updates to leadership, and at the conclusion of the program, they showcase their accomplishments in a final presentation. The program offers a well-rounded experience including exclusive events such as facility/plant tours, personal and professional development sessions, and social networking opportunities with fellow interns.
Your Role
Work closely with the research and development team to support ongoing projects and initiatives while gaining hands-on experience in the manufacturing industry. Contribute to cutting-edge research and develop valuable skills that will support your future career growth. During the first week of the internship, your team will outline the exact details and expectations of your assigned projects.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program
- Minimum GPA of 2.7
- Completed at least one year (freshman year) of coursework
- Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, and/or similar majors.
