Parental Leave

Mannington supports growing families by offering up to four weeks of paid Parental Leave, giving eligible associates time to care for and bond with a newborn or newly adopted child.

 

Retirement Savings

Mannington helps you build your financial future with a 401(k) plan through Empower. Associates are automatically enrolled at 3% on their hire date, with the option to contribute pre-tax or Roth. To support your savings, Mannington matches 100% of the first 3% you contribute and 50% of the next 2%. You’ll be fully vested in just three years, making it easier to grow long-term retirement security.
