Program Overview
Our internship program is designed to provide meaningful, hands-on experience through real-world projects and collaboration with subject matter experts. Each intern is assigned a project that encourages innovation, critical thinking, and practical problem-solving. Midway through the internship, interns present project updates to leadership, and at the conclusion of the program, they showcase their accomplishments in a final presentation. The program offers a well-rounded experience including exclusive events such as facility/plant tours, personal and professional development sessions, and social networking opportunities with fellow interns.
Your Role
As a Marketing Intern, you will gain hands-on experience across multiple areas of marketing, including digital marketing, content creation, social media management, and market research. You will collaborate closely with the marketing team to support ongoing initiatives, contribute to creative campaigns, and develop a deeper understanding of marketing strategies and industry best practices. During your first week, your team will outline your specific project scope and goals for the internship.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program
- Minimum GPA of 2.7
- Completed at least one year (freshman year) of coursework
- Majoring in Marketing or a related field
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
